We do not accept refunds for change of mind or wrong size. However, if product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error there will be a free replacement within 30 days of product delivery. 

To start a return, you can contact us at elevatedattire.co@gmail.com and submit a photo of the damaged product. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a new product of the same design.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products are shipped with the USPS. On average it takes 5-10 business days for products to arrive within the USA.
